The staff was extremely helpful all day long. Its location was convenient and absolutely perfect, right across the street is a Vietnamese supermarket for self-catering.

This place is in a great spot because we could easily walk to an awesome museum that's won awards. We also found a really good restaurant nearby with tasty Thai food. 🍜

Location: the venue was short walk to the San Jose convention hall and eateries and coffee shops and all downtown shops. You can find Sa-by Thai Cuisine minutes away from the hotel to a have lunch...

The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. The staff and manager were very attentive. The location was also a highlight, as it was near many great dining options, bars, and theaters. The hotel provided parking for guests with cars, and the staff were accommodating and willing to go the extra mile to help. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel.
